2. Order Processing Time
Processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order for shipment:
- All standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been authorized and verified.
- Orders containing made-to-order items (e.g., Wall Tile products) may take an additional 10–15 business days.
- We will contact you in case of any unexpected delays.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery time estimates begin once your order is shipped, not when it is placed.
(a) Domestic Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- Cost: $15.00 AUD (up to 1kg)
(b) Domestic Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
- Cost: $11.00 AUD (up to 1kg)
(c) International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 15–30+ business days
- Standard Shipping: $29.00 AUD (up to 0.5kg)
Please Note:
- Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and product availability.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your address before placing the order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your package.
5.1 Tracking Method
- All orders are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking.
- If you request an alternative courier, we cannot guarantee tracking or take responsibility for delivery issues.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders:
- Duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the order total and may apply upon arrival.
- Distinct-Store is not responsible for any additional charges or customs delays.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
